I took Pilates with Deep Line for a year while I was home from work to take care of my daughter. I loved the attention to detail for direct instruction and corrections to the poses. We had flexible hours and Katie was extremely professional and courteous to our needs with our post pregnancy bodies. She worked with our small group of moms and really got us all back in shape and feeling stronger than we were pre babies. I would love to take classes again with her because I really can still feel the changes made in my body after taking her Pilates classes. I highly recommend her as a strong and caring teacher and look forward to more Pilates group classes in the future! Lila H.
Wendy has been my pilates instructor for a few years now and in those few years I have learned so much more than just pilates. Wendy is, in my opinion, a wellness instructor. A person who wants to help the body, the mind and the sole. Wendy helps me with all of these areas and I am thankful that I found a person who is as dedicated as she is!!
Easy and convenient to find. I went to the studio instead of having in-home training because it was close enough to me and the studio is really spacious. Alex choose a nice variety of yoga, pilates, and TRX. I was really surprised because I didn't feel like I was working that hard - but was sore for a couple days after our first session!
I suffer from back pain and sciatica and after working with Debbie Wood my symptoms have greatly lessened. Debbie has been a God send to me. Her warm, friendly manner is so pleasant and she is very knowledgeable in her field. I look forward to my Pilates session each week. Thanks Debbie.
Jessica is a wonderful personal trainer. I appreciate that she comes to my home and is flexible with my busy work schedule. She incorporates weight training, yoga, Pilates, and high and low intensity cardio. She pushes me appropriately and always seems to know just what I need!
Vidya is a wonderful yoga instructor. She make everyone feel like they are her only concern. She watches to make sure you are doing the moves properly and asks questions to see if you are aware of your moves and what they do for your well being.
