Great job all around! Quick, clean, very courteous. I could not ask for more. Water heater failed at 9am on a Sunday and was replaced before 1pm. Very satisfied...would definitely recommend Derek to anyone!

I will definitely recommend Derek! He arrived on time, payed attention to details, was hardworking and knew his stuff well.
He gave a good explanation of what needs to be done, why is it needed and if something needs to be addressed right away or can wait.
Though his service is guaranteed for a year, he did thorough testing once he was done to ensure the problem was fixed.
He was not in a rush to just finish the job and leave and best of all he fixed a few side items related to the main job on the fly for free!
