FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Compared to national average professional organizers who charge anywhere from $45 to $300 per hour, for ONE organizer, our rates are hard to beat! Our team of Organizers is experienced, expert trained, trustworthy, and dependable. Some have even received specialty certifications from leading associations in the organizing industry. They include Home Staging, Design, Chronic Disorganization, Aging, ADD, Hoarding, and more. Our Package Pricing includes either ONE or TWO Organizers. We find that two is much more efficient and productive than one, and is a better experience for the client. While one of us can concentrate solely on you and your needs, the second can keep things moving. The full package payment is collected at the end of the first session. Our Hourly Rates depend on the total number of Organizers working, and is collected at the end of each session. First time appointments require a $100 deposit which is non-refundable, but will be credited on the invoice for your first session. All pricing, additional costs and fees are explained in more detail on our website. Packages are non-negotiable and non-refundable. All rates and prices are subject to change at any time. To confirm our most current rates, read testimonials, see photos, services and more, please see our website or call us. We accept all major credit cards, checks, and cash.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Because we travel and serve a wide area throughout Central Illinois, we do not provide free consultations. However, having been in the business for so long, we often know what to expect after the initial phone conversation. *We DO NOT give estimates. After a phone interview to discuss the client's needs, we generally begin with one session during which we will learn more about you and your project. From this first session we can determine how to handle future sessions and whether or not larger packages are needed to finish the work and reach your desired result.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our organizers are trained by experts in the professional organizing industry. The company owner, Becky Rogers, has been a member of the National Association of Professional Organizers since 2008, and she is a loyal subscriber to The Institute for Challenging Disorganization. After acquiring the necessary credits and passing an exam, Becky was Certified in 2013 by the Board for Certified Professional Organizers. She continues to receive CEU's and regularly shares her knowledge and expertise with her team of organizers.
