The job was well done. Mr. Langreder was professional and effective. However, there was a $50 trip fee that I was not expecting when I was provided an envoice. So in addition to paying $88 per hour, I was charged $50 for hiring Handyman.Aug 4, 2015VerifiedMr. Handyman of Metro East's reply

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We offer free estimates to all customers for larger jobs, our smaller jobs that we charge hourly rates are $ 96.00/ hour with a $ 60.00 trip fee. We do have a minimum of 1 hour but anything after that is charged in 30 minute increments, we only charge for the amount of time we are working. We do offer fixed bid for larger jobs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Once the customer requests our services, we reach out to them and offer them a date and time to provide them with an estimate or complete the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?There are always continued education and webinars on new improvements & products.
