We got a new pup and we needed someone to come 3 times a day, to play, walk and feed her while we were at work. When I contacted Lets Walk Chicago, Lauren promptly responded to my emails and even met with us Friday night before we even got our puppy. When we got our little one we met with Beth the designated walker for the area as well as Lauren who fills in should Beth not be able to make it. Beth and Lauren are wonderful, they comes to take Watson out at the requested times, feeds her and plays with her. If for some reason our normal walker isn't able to make it, we get a notice the day before or the morning of that Lauren will be filling in, they keep us in the loop on everything. I also get cute pictures and notes of the days activities. So far I could not be more pleased with Lets Walk Chicago.

Jocelyn walked our dog at my mother's condo while we were out of town. We had a mini crisis and she handled it with smarts and flexibility. We will definitely use her again.

They respond quickly to inquiries and are a good value. They do a good job walking my dog and seem like they really love animals.

I've been very happy with Patty's Pet Service. She walks my dog during the weekdays and always leaves a note about the visit. She also responds very quickly if you text/call her. I just moved to the area and my dog is still very nervous about the new environment (much more traffic and close to a train track). Patty is a great mid-day break to help my dog become more comfortable outside and of course, go to bathroom.

I never write reviews about anything, But this time I had to. I never used a dog walker before but at this time in my life having a new baby I needed help. I came across Tori and have been using Her for almost 2 months. She walks my young, super hyper English Pointer and she's is amazing! And if my other Pointe needs some exercise she will walk both of them with no problem! My pups love Tori! THey get so excited when she walks in my house! She also is on time and responsive to my texts and she is very flexible. Tori has gone beyond just walking Freddie. She offered to help try and train him on basic commands. She saw I have my hands full and could use the extra help. So if your in need of a dog walker Tori is great!

Robert was amazing in taking care of my dog. He was extremely professional and responsive. I loved getting photo updates of how my dog was doing. I also greatly appreciated that Robert was trained in pet CPR and was independently insured - definitely kept my mind at ease whilst I was gone. I recommend Robert and the Pigglesworth Pet Project very highly!

Karen has looked after my dog both on vacations and on daily visits at my home. She always goes above and beyond and sometimes I think my dog looks forward to seeing her more than me!

John has provided the BEST dog walking service we have received in the past three years of owning our new puppy! We have had a number of dog walkers in the past for various reasons and John is by far the best! He is professional, dependable, caring to our dog, sends us photos after each walk, and overall is a pleasure to work with! The most important factor for us is reliability given we work during the day and John is always there to walk our retriever! He does not walk our dog with other dogs and devotes his time and energy to making our puppy happy while we are at work. John also goes above and beyond as he gives our dog a peanut butter Kong before he leaves so our dog doesn't bark while we are away. Denise has been cat sitting for me for about a year and I could not be happier. Not only does she scoop the poop and feed and water my fur baby, she takes the time to pet and brush her. She is a cat and dog owner so she knows the ins and outs. I definitely would recommend Denise to care for your pet.
