Watchman Inspection LLC
About this pro
Whether you need a next day inspection for a quick closing or a pre-listing inspection scheduled several weeks in advance, Watchman Inspection LLC is the company to look to. Our name sake and business model, simply put, is to watch out for you. And that is just what we do, one property at a time. I most enjoy meeting new clients and being able to exceed their expectations in every aspect of their home/commercial inspection.

Q & A
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I offer an active military, police, and first responder discount. PLEASE ASK! Please see my website for current pricing and book an inspection there: Watchmaninspection.com
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Often the client will follow me as we discuss how the home was built (or should have been built!), maintenance suggestions, safety/security concerns, and various systems both inside and out. Other times the client is unable to attend the inspection. They need not be worried; my reports are completely photograph supported. If a picture is worth 1,000 words, my reports are worth volumes! Either way, my clients will be more educated in how their home "works" or does not "work." Watchman is watching out for you, the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Besides the necessary licensing, I have renovated and remodeled many homes, new and old: from gutting a 1920's estate to upgrading a 1987 Colonial.
