Yes, we provide either flat-rate pricing on a case-by-case basis, or we can provide a competitive hourly rate with a fixed ceiling of total charges on a per-task basis. This way the customer is aware of exactly how much their solution will cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Establish trust with the customer by providing a clear and transparent dialog of the issues at hand and outline a detail "scope of work" on the recommended solution.
