- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All pricing is based upon the menu, rentals, decorations etc. Your event is really based upon your budget so if you have a budget you have to stick to it really helps to know that in advance. Catering and private chef events are not easy events to make changes once you have determined your choices. The Budget really helps keep everything in order
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial contact is really great over the phone. It allows details to be clearly communicated and the event can begin to come alive so to speak. Events are a direct reflection of not only the caterer or private chef but also the client themselves. We want us all to be successful, its best to take the time and get it right.

I studied Culinary Arts and Wines in Nelson NZ when I was 17-18 years old. I have been working in the industry for 30 years and have worked in numerous types of operations. I
