Chris is an excellent personal trainer who is uses a variety of exercises and techniques to keep things different and interesting. The sessions while challenging are also balanced for the whole body and energizing. Health and fitness is a great gift to yourself and Chris is a perfect choice!

Chris always arrives on time and is well prepared. Each day he has different exercises giving us a full-body workout. He brings all his own equipment and practices current protocols for health safety. I am a senior and I most appreciate his attention to my flexibility and any previous injuries or discomfort I might be experiencing. I have worked with a trainer at my gym, but couldn't be happier that I made the decision to work with Roll Right PT in my home.

My husband and I have been working with Chris as our in home personal trainer for a couple of weeks and we have been very happy so far. We have three small kids who sometimes want to join in on our workouts and Chris is more than happy to include them. He is very knowledgeable in what he is talking about and can give modifications very easily if something is uncomfortable or painful. We love working with Chris and are so happy to be able to workout in the comfort and safety (covid-19) of our own home and would 100% recommend him if you are looking for a personal trainer. You won't be disappointed and for those who think you can't get a "GOOD" workout at home without a bunch of equipment, you are sadly mistaken. Be warned you will be sore the next day (in a good way) when you workout with Chris! Oh bonus Chris brings all the equipment himself. So if you have a living room, garage, basement, basically anywhere in your house with a little bit of space and want to hire a personal trainer, Chris is your guy! Also, Chris is very conscious about social distancing, always wears a mask and is very thorough in disinfecting his equipment, so no worries there!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    $10 discount per session when 2x/week or more are scheduled.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    1) Visit me at, then call, text or email me. I am frequently on the road or with a client but I return messages promptly. 2) Let me know a bit about your history and what you want to accomplish with a new fitness plan. 3) When you decide to bring your health to the next level, message me your email and preferred phone number and I will send along a secure link to sign necessary waivers, demographic forms, etc. in a secure site. 4) We set a schedule together that fits your needs.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have a doctorate from Northwestern University in physical therapy. I have 10 years of experience as an orthopedic physical therapist. I am also a certified personal trainer under the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
