- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will always try to keep the price minimal and never charge more than a fair rate. I understand that money does not grow on trees and not everyone has it to spend. We all have problems that pop up when we least expect and I will try me best to give you great work for a very respectable price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally I like to discuss with my clients about exactly what is happening. I like to ask questions that will help you describe to me what is going on with your PC.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years of computer repair knowledge and experience. I currently have a bachelors degree in IT and in the process of obtaining my masters degree in the same field. I have done everything from virus removals, to building websites and even building complete custom pc's for my customers.
