- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Nourishing the Roots - 12-week foundational program $300 down payment to get started. This is my signature program where we work together over 12 weeks to rewire your stress response from the inside out. You'll learn to recognize your stress signals, build sustainable nervous system practices, and trust your body's wisdom to regulate and restore. Single Session 1:1 Coaching - 120 minutes for $200 Perfect if you need deep, intentional support but aren't ready for (or don't need) a full program. We'll focus on nervous system grounding, emotional support, and giving you tools you can use immediately. Free Vision Session Not sure which option is right for you? Book a free call and let's talk about what's going on and see if we're a good fit. No pressure! Payment is due at the time of booking, and I accept all major payment methods through my scheduling platform. I also offer payment plans.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1: Free Vision Session We'll hop on a call to talk about what's going on, what you're hoping to shift, and whether my approach feels like a good fit for you. No pressure! Step 2: Goal Setting & Assessment (First session) If we decide to work together, our first official session is all about understanding where you are now, where you want to be, and what's been getting in the way. We'll also explore your nervous system patterns and start building your toolkit. Step 3: Ongoing Support From there, we can continue to meet weekly or bi-weekly (depending on what works for you). Each session includes coaching, nervous system regulation practices, and actionable tools you can use between sessions. You'll also get access to resources, worksheets, and check-ins via email or Voxer (voice message app) if you need support between calls. Step 4: Progress & Integration We regularly check in on your goals, celebrate wins, and adjust our approach as needed. This is YOUR journey, I'm just here to guide and support you along the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a certified life coach with specialized training in trauma-informed practices, nervous system regulation, and mental wellness. My certifications include: ICF (International Coach Federation) Certifications through Health Coach Institute Mental Wellness Coaching Certification Additional meditation, trauma, and breathwork training and Certifications through Udemy My approach is grounded in neuroscience, polyvagal theory, somatic practices, and trauma-informed methodology, which means I understand how your nervous system works and how to help it feel safe again. But honestly? My most valuable training has been my own lived experience. I've navigated chronic stress, trauma, anxiety, and burnout firsthand, and that's taught me more than any textbook ever could. I bring both professional training AND real-world understanding to every session. I'm also committed to ongoing education; I'm constantly learning, reading, studying experts in the field, and deepening my understanding of nervous system work so I can serve my clients better.
