- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer school and non profit discounts based on availability. I am always donating my time to charities. Also my pricing was affected by the pandemic but as 100 people say on my social media, the quality and making each child feel special … is never compromised.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is simple. Contact me, we book the event and give me details/payment, and I show up on time and ready to go. I’d need a table and chairs for face painting and other services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an art instructor & have a Masters in Communications as well.
