- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My wife mentioned to me one day while in the kitchen that I should look into a career in culinary. When I asked why she said the only time I was completely happy was when I was in the kitchen.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common and most appreciated has to be family style meals. In this time being able to just sit down and enjoy a good meal with your family or friends has been Lost. Everyone is just to busy. So I come and give that.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Keep it simple to what you know and love, and treat yourself as a guest.
