Universal Windows Direct was really good at scheduling to meet on my time. They did an excellent job removing the old door (plus frame) and replacing it. The new door is very secure and has cut down on the heating required. Only one small negative: We asked for a peep hole and were given a peep hole. But, due to how there are stairs leading up to the peep hole, the peep hole is in a somewhat useless spot on the door. I would use Universal Windows Direct again in the future and recommend them to a friend.Dec 29, 2016Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We typically have some kind of special running every month depending on the season. Be sure to ask our staff what offer is currently running. We always offer a 10% discount to all Vets, First Responders, and Seniors.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First we will set a time to meet with the prospective client. During this appointment the customer will see samples and get exact pricing for their project. Second the order will be placed and one of our measure techs will come out to take the exact sizes (measure twice order once!). Third the products will be ordered from the factory and will take anywhere from 4-10 weeks (depending on the product) to arrive and get installed. Once the job is done we clean up and register the warranty.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?All of our installers are factory certified to install all of our products as well as being certificated through AAMA, VSI, and the EPA (For lead paint).
