Absolutely thrilled with Alejandro and his crew. They were all so professional, punctual, hardworking. From first reaching out to Zia Framing for an estimate, to being told when we’d be able to get on their schedule, Alejandro was quick to respond and answer any questions. When our project actually started, Alejandro communicated every step of the way. He always made sure that we were on the same page and took the time to redesign any problems that came our way. Not only that, but his crew worked so well together and so hard, that they were even able to finish our project a few days early. We have a few more framing projects that we will need and we will absolutely be using Zia Framing for any of our framing needs. Thanks to Alejandro and his crew for helping us turn our house into a home. Ps these pictures don’t even do it Justice. Will try to snap more to able to add to this review.

Alejandro from Zia framing came out and rebuilt the top of our old craftsman bungalow’s shed dormer. We’re not using a GC so we’re lucky we found someone so professional and detailed. Ale came out to quote the job weeks before, then came back days before job start to take final measurements as I ordered supplies. He replaced our rafters, framed out the overhang/rakes for the soffit and got everything we needed ready for the roofer to finish the job. I made sketches of the our project goals with measurements and Alejandro matched them exactly! All work was done in one day and within our tight budget. Thank you!
