The few days after therapy I noticed less aches and pain in my muscles & joints. I hold a lot of stress related tension in my muscles, so it was great to have some relief. She was able to drain the lymph node and we could no longer feel an inflamed lump under my arm. I believe this procedure helped me to beat the virus that never transpired. I hired Diana Zic as my yoga instructor. She has a very pleasing personality and did not hurry me into anything. She took the time to understand where I was and worked with me on my specific needs. We worked together twice and were unable to take it further due to conflict of schedules. Overall, I liked her style very much and would work with her if our schedules aligned.

I was so impressed with Caitlin's ability to be calm and professional but also how fun she made everything! She has a nice balance of faster paced exercises like sun salutations to get your heart rate up and then strengthening poses leading into relaxation techniques. She really listened to my needs and concerns for certain sensitive parts of my body that I'm afraid to re-injure but also pushed me to go further than I thought I could. Her entire vibe made me feel comfortable immediately which is a rare quality to posess. I will definitely be taking more classes from her in the future! Namaste!
