- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For most jobs we use a cost estimator that is specific to our area . It helps keep prices fair as well as letting us know what cost of materials are in a specific area. We have some set pricing depending on the job and skill level as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to come out and meet our all of our customers in to develop a good working relationship as well as get a better understanding of the job. We keep constant contact with the homeowner/ client depending on length of the job and give regular updates as to the status.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our staff is knowledgeable on all aspects of construction and home repair. We have carpenters that have over 40 years experience, as well as skilled labor help and general labor.
