Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: Through a decade of education and personal development, I enjoy teaching and motivating individuals during the process of achieving health and fitness goals. Being able to hear how individuals are able to live a more satisfying life through my work is very rewarding. It can range from playing backyard baseball with the kids or running a first time marathon. Small steps lead to extraordinary changes and it is extremely humbling to be a part of fitness success stories.

Pat's 24/7 fitness plan on his app allows me to still be a productive college student. The app allows him to set a specific plan on my account. On that plan there is about 3-4 weeks of 4-5 workouts in a week. He has recommendations for how many you are suppose to do in a row and what you can do on your days off. Once I finish one level after 3-4 weeks and I feel comfortably, Pat will move me to a more intense level of workouts. Yes there have been times when I slack off and don't workout for a few weeks. However, I can just message him and ask him if he will move my plan back to the level prior.
