Dana's food was amazing! My family uses quite a few caterers around town. I would recommend him over any of the big named caterers in St. Louis. He is easy to work with and everything was delicious. I am planning on using him again!
We had a surprise 90th birthday party for my mother that Blessed Occasion catered. My only contact with them was through Thumbtack. I've used countless caterers in the past and have to say they are definitely in my top 2. Ms. Keita and her staff exemplified professionalism throughout the entire process. She was very sensitive our needs versus what was best for her. The menu planning was awesome, a variety of options and suggestions were offered when requested and their promptness was stellar. Let's get to the real deal..the food was AWESOME!!! The pasta con broccoli (oooh the seasoning) puffed pastries (a variety of crab cakes, quiche & chicken) and the birthday cake( a sassy 1 &1/2 tier creation) were my favorites because there was nothing cookie-cutter about them. I don't have enough characters left to describe the entire menu because I also have to share details of the decorations. Yes, they also decorated the environment. My mother is an avid Bridge Player so we used that as our theme. Blessed Occasion turned the activity room into a bridge parlor with themed table clothes, centerpieces, streamers and the cake. If you haven't concluded by now that Blessed Occasion will take the headache out of planning for any event, just read through this review again because they are definitely my "go to" for all future events.
We looked at quite a few caterers for our wedding. We chose Heavy Smoke because of their professionalism, responsiveness and delicious food! :) We heard comments from our guests the entire night about how much they enjoyed the food!
Vivian is the BEST! I hired her to prepare a surprise birthday dinner for my girlfriend. Every aspect of the evening was world class, from set-up and serving to our mouth watering 4-course meal. If you are looking for great food, and an awesome experience, I highly recommend Vivian for your catering needs. Best personal chef hands down!
We used Chef Cox and her team for the first time last evening, catering our subdivision annual holiday dinner. Sara and her team did a fantastic job and the meal was wonderful. All the team members were courteous and professional, We were all very happy!!!
I have utilized Francesco's for Catering now going on two years and might be the best caterer I've ever used. The food is outstanding, service is top notch always on time always & attention to details. In fact I like the catering enough I try to go there and eat in the restaurant on my free time when I can. Definitely recommend this hidden gem!
By choice we assembled the salads for the luncheon, but Bistro 517 did all the prep work. There were plenty of ingredients to assemble the salads. We could have used more dressing and ice tea. The wrapped asparagus was delicious, but it would have been nice to have 2 pp instead of one. The lemon mousse cake was outstanding and beautiful. Many of the guests took business cards.
