Okay, color me impressed. Frank is the real deal. This is a young man who not only will get the job done to your satisfaction but at a more than reasonable price. I'd had carpet cleaners come out to the house before. None, however, were like Frank. He pretreated my entire carpet with a spray to supposedly loosen the dirt trapped within and then proceeded to go over the whole thing with a power sweeper type contraption before applying steam application. I have to admit, I was skeptical that anything could clean our carpet. You can see and feel the difference. All I have to say I'm one happy customer and I will certainly being seeing Frank again. Thank you!
These guys were beyond awesome. Friendly, dilligent. Very attentive to detail. Fairly-priced. They helped us refinish our intricate, rusty fence and clean our filthy concrete. I get the feeling they can do a lot more than that too. Highly recommend them. Rob and his team are great!
Overall great experience with White Van. They responded right away when I submitted the job and replied to every inquiry in a timely manner. The quality of the work was great. They cleaned carpet that was not maintained well by tenants. When they were done it was almost like new carpet again! Highly recommend for any carpet cleaning needs!
Couldn't have been happier with our experience with these guys. Right on time, excellent service and incredibly kind to my wife and I. Hands down would recommend to anyone needing carpet or unholstery cleaning.
I needed my carpet cleaned for my Home/Office. I took a chance with this new company, wasn't sure what to expect but I saved alot of money, as I thought I needed completely new carpet but now my floors look good as new. Will be using carpet kings in the future, I def recommend it.
Ken did an excellent job on my bathroom and my floors. I will definitely use his services again.
My decision to have Lucie's Natural Cleaning service work on my apartment was the best thing I have done in a while! Her team is so pleasant, professional and above all they are amazing cleaners! My place was nearly unrecognizable after they were done, they really went an extra mile to make it beautifully clean, and without any of the harsh, unpleasant and smelly chemicals that majority of cleaning services use! Her rates are very fair and they are responsible and very personable. One more thing that I wanted to mention is that they are English speaking, not something you run into often when it comes to cleaning services, it makes it so much easier to communicate directly with the ladies on the spot!! Over all my experience was an excellent one and I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family!
Move Out Cleaning 3 bed/2bath- They kept in contact with me from beginning to end. I was not able to be there once they came in so I left the key in a lockbox and placed it back as soon as they got in to the unit. Professional, Nice and I swear, I can smell how clean it was from the outside. Great service and have already told my friends about it.
Rates are very affordable and competitive. It took more than one visit to finish the initial catch up cleaning which was longer than quoted, but they did a great job and I now have them come every two weeks to do basic routine cleaning. It's great that they are pet friendly and use natural cleaners that don't leave a chemical smell:-)
Javis definitely gets 5 stars! We had a very tough floor cleaning job in basement in a hard to reach room. Javis is an industrial strength guy using heavy duty industrial strength equipment and chemicals. I selected Javis as we needed a real pro and Javis is that and more. He lifted a very heavy floor cleaning machine and carried it high over furniture to get to the floor. I was amazed at how quickly he successfully cleaned the floor I thought might not be possible to clean. We intend to ask him back when we are ready for windows.
She did a fantastic job cleaning my floors
E&K Cleaning was very good - they came right on time and were very efficient with their time. We had the floors, bathrooms and flat surfaces cleaned only. The house looked great....very nice to come home to!
Greg responded to my email request for information immediately. The estimate was very low and he did an outstanding job cleaning our floors. I was very happy with the service we received and look forward to working with Greg again.
We moved into an older home in Melrose Park and hired Lance for a variety of Carpentry and Handyman projects needed as we settled in. We called on him to put flooring in the basement, build walls, fix cabinets, install wall mounted televisions, and insulate a crawl space. And other stuff that I can't remeber right now. Hee was competent, courteous, honest and very fair. I will hire him again (soon I suspect as the work in this house seems endless ;-)
We used Hoffman's carpet care to clean all of our carpeting when we moved into a new home. The carpet was pretty dingy and we were using this as a last ditch effort before we went ahead and replaced them. After they were cleaned they looked brand new and there was no need to replace them! The best part was we were able to walk on the carpet immediately after they were done cleaning, which is a lifesaver for anyone with an antsy toddler. We have since used them to clean our area rugs, that again we thought we would have to replace, after some unfortunate pet accidents, but they were stain free and completely deodorized! The system they use is far and above any old regulate carpet cleaners! And it's Eco friendly, which again with a toddler and pets is very important to us!
Verafloor was the perfect match to my needs. They did a project for me where I was looking to add a washroom with shower as well as finished concrete floors to a space I'd be using for Airbnb. The us of Concrete is not typical in Chicago and I certainly wasn't going for typical. Still, finding a service that would deliver wasn't easy and anything unique like that could get very expensive. Thankfully I discovered Verafloor and numerous examples of their work online and on Houzz. After calling them, they quickly gathered my specs and priced the project out. I decided to give them the green light as they stood out from the rest and their pricing was reasonable. They delivered beutiful washrooms and floors for me. My Airbnb guests absolutely love the look, feel and modern aesthetic that concrete brings to the space. I've received numerous compliments. Highly recommend Verafloor and it's friendly crew to deliver unique solutions.
I hired June to clean my mountain house in 2008. The home was 3 levels, 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, jacuzzi, Italian tile countertops, ceramic tile floors and carpeted floors. June arrived at the house (ALWAYS on time), brought all her supplies and started cleaning. I really liked the fact that she used Mrs. Meyer's products......and any other supplies were environmentally safe. She used cotton cloths instead of paper towels to keep waste to a minimum. June was so very thorough which was the most important for me as I was physically unable to clean due to a disability. She always went the extra mile to clean what she saw was needed. Window sills, baseboard, cabinets.....above and beyond regular surface cleaning. June took as much time as was needed to complete the job. She didn't clean "by the clock" rather she cleaned until the house was really clean. June was so very pleasant to have in the house that we eventually became dear friends. If I hosted a party or dinner at mt house I could always count on June to come over between her regularly scheduled cleaning days. I admired June's work ethic. She was attending school at the same time she was cleaning homes and for her to be able to juggle college and maintain an excellent cleaning company was impressive. The ONLY reason June and I ended her cleaning for me was the fact I had to sell my house after the death of my husband and she was still there every step of the way, helping, cleaning and being a friend. I would HIGHLY recommend June for any and all types of cleaning jobs!
Mr. Vittitow cleaned the carpets in the sanctuary of our church. We do it ourselves, in house about 3 times a year with a very good piece of equipment but we had some stains we couldn't remove. Our in house carpet cleaner was astounded. He said, "I just did this two weeks ago and I cannot believe the dirt he sucked up that I didn't get." We're having him clean all of our carpets now.
Work Completed Date: May 28, 2014 Hire Again: Yes Approximate Cost: $3,800.00 Description Of Work: The latest large project was a total bathroom remodel, including gutting the old one and replacing everything down to the floor and pipes. Bozek has also handled our landscaping and snow removal for about 5 years. We have worked with them for over 15 years in multiple homes and they have built a custom playhouse and treehouse, re-landscaped our yard, rebuilt and finished several decks, remodeled a kitchen, and was the general contractor for a home that needs lots of work before moving in, including replacing wood floors, rewiring the house and installing multiple ceiling lights and fans, painting, etc. etc... Comments: We have always been very pleased with their responsiveness and professionalism - whenever we have called with an emergency they are very prompt in getting back to us. Their prices are very fair and everyone that has done the work has been very polite and trustworthy, and they clean up after themselves which is very much appreciated. Their workmanship is solid and stands up to the test of time. We also appreciate their creative ideas in trying to solve a problem or come up with a unique solution. They have always gone the extra mile to be sure we are satisfied.
To anyone looking for a contractor large or small Joe is the one you are looking for. My name is Debbie, I live in Glenview Illinois. I have been saving for many years to put an addition on our house. I have been very skeptical of contractors in the past, but my friend who used Joe for his driveway was very happy with the work he did. The business is called Junk It Joes (clean outs, demolition, excavation and concrete). I hired him for an addition on our house and demolition of our one car garage to build a two car garage and a full 500sq ft addition with 9 ft basement on back of our garage, which is always scary putting that much faith in someone to put a hole in your house, and I was nothing less than very pleased. The references I checked all came out excellent and his estimates came out in the same ballpark as for our budget. The speed, in which it got done, even though he is not a large company, was fast. The most stressful part he put behind us and our minds at ease. It saved us a lot of time and money to hire one company when we had concrete companies that did not do excavating and demolition which added allot more to the bids. Joe informed us it is the same equipment to do all this and also said it takes alot more time to have 3 different companies lined up and also the amount we saved we were able to get a lot more. We acted as the general contractor to save money and Joe helped us every step of the way with other contractors so we did not get ripped off. He informed us that we could always fire contractors if we were not happy and by making sure we did not pay in advance for work not completed. With this knowledge he gave us the upper hand. He worked side by side with other contractors to make sure everything went smooth as soon as the house was opened up. He put plywood and plastic up so no saw dust or debris came into the house. The site was cleaned up every day. I didn't have to worry about mud, dust or debris getting into my house. After the third day we were very at ease with going to work knowing Joe and his crew was amazing and they all knew exactly what to do without being told. He informed us him and his three main guys been with him since he started. We had kids there and they were nothing less than always professional and on time. My kids and neighbors kids loved watching the project. Because of this Joe stayed late put orange safety fence up every night another thing not in our bid. He went above and beyond; he also made sure other contractors put it back up. He was very concerned about the kids getting in and hurt. He was also big on the contractors we hired conduct themselves professionally and not use four letter words when having a bad day. It was summer and hot it was august and we let other contractors know Joe wanted to call a meeting of everyone we hired to make sure if they could not get there when called to retract there bid and that was kids and winter around corner. It was not his job but he is such nice guy that everyone respected him including us. I believe he was the youngest owner we hired of a company. He never had to yell or act like a jerk and let everyone know this is someones home savings and lifelong dream. He made sure everyone knew that its not just a job. He explained all costs and step by step of what would be done. He was very forthcoming if something had to be changed. He is very honest and takes pride in his work. He was always at the job every day and treated it like it was his own house; he worked longer and harder than anyone else. He wanted to make sure, due the fact that houses are so close to each other, that no damage was done to our neighbors house or ours with the big machines used he did it himself. He even put up silk fencing before he started at no charge to us. There was a problem with an electrical line missed marked and had to be moved right in the path of the new addition. When digging it shut the job down temporarily, but Joe got Com Ed out right away to move the line. This was not in our budget but we already knew we saved so much when he had to call me at work he was scared. Glad to inform you with him that was our biggest problem and we lost no sleep. By end of the week the job was back on schedule. We never had to worry about materials not being paid, he did this without asking. When it came time for every payout there were only three. He turned something I thought was going to be a long nightmare into something that did not take much of our time. However the job was big enough Joe explained that what he quoted was able to do extras and not work for free. Not because we were homeowners trying get everything for the cheapest or free. He informed us yes there are bad contractors but there are people that rip them off too. So it works both ways. Joe showed proof of all receipts (which I would never have thought to ask). He also informed us to do the same thing with the other subcontractors we hired that were doing work as well. I have heard of horror stories of liens being put on homes, we never had to worry. We didn't even have to put a deposit down until the concrete was ready to be poured. The job came in under budget and was done very professional. He never tried to over sell us anything we did not need. We asked him about heated concrete floors because we heard other people loved them. Most contractors would jump on it and charge a fortune for extras. He told us that it was very efficient but his crew has only done a couple, it is very time consuming and worries about leaks in the line. Instead of trying to sell us on it, he told us get bids. After we told him how much others cost he said he would do it for the cost of labor only if we order it. He spent so much time with the manufacture on the phone and made sure he would not have to rip his new concrete up. He said he has done a couple but has been lucky, not what we do every day. We paid for the system and he only charged us labor but the deal was my husband had to help so they both learned about it. It cost us less than half the bids we got. We love it, the best thing ever got and we were still within our budget. My husband is a union carpenter whom would work with Joe or recommend him any day. He was very impressed with his work; he went above and beyond what was expected and even threw in a few extras to keep us happy. After the second day I was completely confident I hired the right person. He did a follow up call after the first month, three months later and stopped by just to make sure we were still happy and there were no problems. This is our second year and have passed his name along to all my friends and family. We are happy to report that we love our addition and have made it the dream house. Its done, furnished and we saved so much we could furnish it. I never thought in million years the project would come under budget. For being the biggest project I ever taken on, without him I dont think it would have went as well. It was well worth the countless hours my husband and I spent with him he acted more like the general contractor. We had enough for a new concrete driveway in the end instead of asphalt. We offered him a bonus since he acted like a general contractor and relied on him so heavily we felt bad but he turned it down. He said his guys deserve it more than him but he could not take it. He said if we wanted to get them any Christmas presents that he usually gets them gift cards for red wing boots. He said he has not been able to do it past few years because of the economy and after the job, they did need them. He still sends us Christmas cards and so do we.
