FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communications with a new client as to what they are looking for in photography. For example, in doing graduation portraits, what the young graduate wants may be very different (more edgy?) from what the parents want. So I need to cover all the bases in the shoot.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
All kinds. From large corporations (Jack Daniels , Northern Trust, Chicago Archdiocese for example) to children, professional head shots, model composites, - and fine art buyers.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
There was a time not long ago when I would encourage clients - particularly aspiring models/ actors/ and even business professionals - to hire a makeup artist (MUA) for a shoot. No more. I now employ state of the art software applications in my "post production" process to create the same effects achieved by a professional MUA. And this process can be dialed up or down to provide the client's preferred level of image enhancement.
