ELT came out on a 10 degree day to weatherproof and straighten our front door, as the freezing drafts were making our furnace run almost continously. The owner came out quickly and helped us to solve the issue temporarily until we could install a new door (we had to wait until the temperatures increased). He was very nice and professional and spent a long time making sure the job was done right. Highly recommend.

• How did you get started doing this type of work?

  For me, operating a home services business is me sharing my knowledge with people who need it. I have decades of experience in the service and repair industry that taught me two important lessons. I learned how to properly treat people. I learned to be aware of what I do not know. I combine those things to be a success.
