Guy has a $150 minimum. But then on profile it’ll say he can do the job for $65. He did communicate prior to anything being set in stone.

Hi Maulik, thumbtack does not have area for us to list min charges but it is common practice in service industry. i do my best to inform customer as soon as request cones to me. with that said, the $65 is estimate based on 1 piece - you have 3 pieces so if i was to quote based on Thumbtacks estimate per piece it would be more than $150 mininum anyhow. My apolagies for any confusion.

Brandon did an excellent job power washing my patio. It had mold and moss and he removed it all. He also cleaned a small brick patio that was not on the quote for the same price. What made the difference with his power washing was that he also used a 22 in. professional grade disc cleaner. That made all the difference! It looks brand new again! Brandon does high quality work, and I highly recommend his company...you won't be sorry! Thanks, Brandon...job well done!!
