Cassandra's Music Lessons
About this pro
Cassie taught my 2 kids piano for a couple of years and she was great! Very organized, supportive and punctual. She was patient when the kids were being difficult. We've now moved away to a different region of the country, but we had a couple of great years with Cassie! Highly recommended!Aug 22, 2017Verified

For example, February's tuition would be collected the last week of January. For Weddings: Prices may vary depending on event needs or additional song requests - most basic package $400 for prelude/processional/ceremony/recessional music.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I graduated from Eastern Illinois University with a BA in Music Education with K-12 Teacher Certification. I also have received additional teacher certification in the Suzuki Talent Education pedagogy from the University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point. Additionally I have studied and incorporated kinesthetic teachings based on the Alexander Technique into my lessons. I have been teaching private lessons to students since 2009, beginning with my work at The Conservatory of Central Illinois (Suzuki School of Champaign), continuing on with Weaver’s Music, and JC's Guitars and Lessons, and finally I began my private studio in 2015.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I began studying music when I was 7, and I have loved it ever since. I want to help others develop the skills they need to love and be successful in their craft as well.
