Dave S. says, "I had a leaky skylight that another roofing contractor (unaffiliated with Pulaski Roofing) was unable to fix after three separate attempts. Frustrated, I requested a few bids from a new set of contractors. Nick was incredibly responsive and was able to inspect the roof and provide a quote within a few hours on a Sunday afternoon. Nick appeared to be much more knowledgeable about the issue with the skylight and pointed out other areas that did not require immediate attention, but could be an issue in a few years. I decided to have the skylight flashing repaired and have him reseal the entire roof, including the area underneath my roof deck. I went with his bid based on his knowledge, responsiveness, the 8 year transferrable warranty, and online reviews.
His team promptly arrived on the scheduled date of the job. Nick called me up to the roof several times throughout the day to provide updates on the status of the job. Nick initially mentioned the job would take three days for a team of 3-4 guys to complete based on the fact that they would have to remove the 420 sq ft roof deck prior to sealing that portion of the roof and then reassemble the deck once the work was completed. As it turned out, the entire job only took less than six hours as they were able to use rollers for the sealant under the deck while only removing a handful of deck boards. I appreciated the timeliness of completing the job in 6 hours, however, the labor hours were built into the price of the quote and I felt that I had overpaid for this portion of the job given the entire deck did not require disassembly and reassembly.
Overall, I would recommend Nick’s services as he was responsive, completed the job in a timely manner, and provided an 8 year transferrable warranty in case we move out of the residence.
