Introduction: *This is a new profile but I am NOT new at this* Go to my website for reviews... They're real :) First off, personal training on it's own is THE WORST way to get results. 80-90% of your results come from nutrition, sleep, and daily habits. Not everyone will hear this, but if you "get it" I'm your coach. I have an insatiable desire to see my clients be successful. That’s why I pay really close attention to all the details involved while researching tirelessly to stay on the cutting edge. But the process is simplified for you! I coach with compassion, understanding, but can also practice tough love when the time is right. I’ve been in fitness since 2006! Which has involved a ton of personal training, health coaching, nutrition coaching, and I owned my own training studio for 6 years. The process works like this (streamlined and simple) 1. We take our time on a transformation call to talk about you, your personality, your goals, and then the gameplan that SUITS YOU! It's not one sized fits all 2. You commit to the system and receive a welcome email where you will schedule our first "on boarding" meeting where we get organized 3. We have a fitness assessment to see where you are in terms of strength, stamina, and mobility, so I can dial in your PWC transformation system 4. The coaching begins :). We will have once weekly lifestyle construction health coaching sessions, weekly live training on zoom, and so much accountability in between. 5. Deep dive educational videos will help you learn and understand the process so once you reach your goals you have 100% confidence you will maintain them forever!!

Over the years, I’ve had a number of personal trainers. Some good, some just ok. I’ve actually trained with Patrick two different times, this latest time exclusively on Zoom. He is the only trainer that has had a lasting impact on me. Working with Patrick, I can now do things not possible in the last 20 years.We meet online 3 times a week and I completely trust him. If you are needing a trainer, RUN toward Patrick. You won’t be sorry.

I am a current client, and signed up to get help with losing my postpartum weight, fix my diastasis recti, and prepare for my military PT test. Patrick is an awesome trainer! His program is well organized, and he provides a wealth of information. He is motivating, knowledgeable, and focused on helping you achieve your goals. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for exceptional quality personal training.

I was stuck in a rut with my workouts due to my fear of a previous workout injury. If you need someone to give you mental healthy habits/goals, advice on how you are eating, and personalized workouts online. I would recommend Patrick. Gave me the boost of confidence I needed! (The photo below was the progress that came out of the program. It isn’t what you lose that’s good but what you gain overall)

I'm about a week and a half into this program with Coach Patrick (will update at the end of the 16 weeks) and I just wanted to leave this quick review. He is definitely not a no-show. He's on time for every meeting and the videos are so helpful. The way he has everything scheduled really helps me stay on track. He has also helped a lot with my nutrition. Excited to see the progress over the next 14 weeks. So glad I signed up for this.

You have to be ready to do this if you sign up with coach P! I compared to others and what the programs had to offer, this is a value beyond my expectations… this will be the best money you have ever spent on having a trainer! This is not the run of the mill where someone watches you workout while they dictate the workout! It’s a mind, body, soul deep dive into your relationship with food, overall nutrition, mindfulness, and exercise. But you have to be willing to put in the work, time, and effort. It’s not easy by any means but the payoff is well worth it and you have a wealth of research and information at your fingertips… like anything else you get what you put into it! Stop making excuses, aren’t you worth it!? I’m inspired and empowered and know I have the tools to stop yo yo dieting forever!

Those before and afters (if you're reading this you can find them in my pictures) are so incredibly impressive. Working a nurse schedule presented challenges for us but we navigated it with ease.   • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    The coaching involves A LOT which is covered by an all inclusive fee based on 4 week cycles. This fee varies based on amount of meetings and your specific needs.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    1. A consultation call to discuss all the details. 2. I send a welcome email with login details to your PWC membership site and there is a link to schedule the onboarding session. 3. An onboarding session giving an overview of the program and setting the client up for success by getting organized! 4. I put together all the programming for nutrition, fitness, habit change, and scheduling :) 5. We get to work, meeting 1-3 times a week and helping you build a sustainable lifestyle :)

    ACE Health Coach ACE Certified Personal Trainer Bachelor's in Anatomy and Physiology from UNT Precision Nutrition Level 1 and 2 ACE Certified Behavior Change Specialist
