EM Property Inspections, Inc.
About this pro
Not good, passed shoddy work, work where no permits were pulled for HVAC installation. I did not choose heating systems. Not good, check the news!May 25, 2016
One word. Wow! Ed was very professional. Of the several inspectors that i had come out he was the only one who pointed out the presence of termites! The only criticism I have is that the guy doesn't live next door where I could hit him up for information around the clock! Very insightful and knowledgeable. Ed, way to go!Jun 12, 2014Verified
I highly recommend EM Home Inspections. The inspector arrived early and was very thorough and detailed. He allowed time for questions ensuring my understanding of how to operate systems. He offered me suggestions on how to best go about making needed repairs. The final decision to proceed with the purchase or not will ultimately fall on the sellers willingness to help with the repairs. If not I learned a lot from this inspection and will be better educated on my next search. This will likely be the best $ spent.Mar 1, 2014Verified
Ed was not only professional but was actually early and had started by the time I got to the house. He took his time to see and explain everything. He was very knowledgeable and passionate about his job. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He doesn't cut corners he looks at everything from top to bottom. He explained everything in simple terms as to what needed to be fixed. He spent about 3.5 hours to to make sure he covered everything. Wow! the best inspector I have met. I can't think of anything that he forgot. I will for sure use again . Thanks a lot Ed. DallasFeb 26, 2014Verified
