Ed was such a nice guy to work with. He was easy to contact via phone and email, showed up early to the inspection and always remained professional. He was very thorough in his inspection and was always willing to answer any and all questions throughout the entire process. His inspection report turnaround was very fast yet his report was detailed and even included pictures. I would definitely recommend Ed in your next inspection.

I'm in the process of buying my first home, and I hired Ed to do the home inspection. The inspection lasted approximately 3 hours. Ed's inspection was thorough, and he was very professional. Ed was comfortable with me watching him and answered questions I had. I would definitely recommend Ed to anyone looking for a property inspector.
