Steph is a great yoga instructor! Before starting her class, she asked what we would like to focus on and has really tailored the classes to our needs. Every class we focus on a different area, or learn a new stretch or pose. The variation keeps the classes fun and fresh and always has me counting down the days until the next week! Steph also has a great selection of music!! I am newer to practicing yoga and Steph has definitely inspired me to continue being a "yogi" :)

Samanthia has been nothing but Excellent! She shows up early, never "on time" and never late. She's been an amazing instructor and is very attentive in both group settings and private lessons. I feel like she challenges me to challenge myself and is always willing to help me better my practice. After taking her class she's the only place I go for yoga!

My teaching style incorporates aspects of Hatha and Vinyasa yoga; however I am comfortable teaching multiple styles including: gentle, chair, Yin & restorative yoga and more vigorous power yoga or yogalates (optional weights & props used). Experience deep relaxation with guided meditation or yoga nidra (yogic sleep). I use pranayama (breath), my study of Zen & meditation, and various other techniques to lead you to a calm state of deep peace. I am also a certified Reiki master. Reiki treatments allow you to tap into the infinitely abundant universal energy available to us all. Having been known to help heal, relax, and revive the body. Reiki can also aid in helping you to feel more balanced and connected inside & out! My deep respect for the ancient teachings of yoga, meditation & reiki work together to keep integrity in every aspect of the practice through intention, truth & faith.
I have been a yoga instructor for two years now. I also have experience as a personal trainer. However, I found that yoga really helps rehabilitate injuries, anxiety and mental disorders and is easier on the body. I like to look at the alternative aspect of yoga as well as how it keeps the body looking so young. Being a yoga instructor is a beautiful gift, and I would love to show anyone my knowledge and experience to help them better themselves.
