Alex did a fine job getting our laptop back online and working fine after being dormant for over a year. He came out to the house same day in evening at our convenience and took care of it in an hour and a half. As with most IT guys, Alex is better at fixing stuff than explaining what the issue is, at least to non-techies like us, but hey, it works!
