Introduction: Hello, I'm a certified personal trainer with NASM and a weight loss specialty, I have been training and coaching for over 10 years. My mantra is fitness for the body mind and soul. I use a private studio in downtown Evanston but also do in home training, etc.
Also, I work with nutrition (not diets) guidance base on the goal.
I offer a free consultation/assessment class to talk about goals, get body measurements, etc....
The rate is between $85 and $100 depending on number of sessions, location, etc.

I've started training with Marco for since January and absolutely love my training sessions. Marco is one of the most experienced and committed trainers around. His workouts are fun and yet challenging. His passion to help clients, his knowledge, and his ability to connect with his clients is very impressive. I was just getting back into working out and needed someone to set up a program that I could ease into and stick to. Marco was very good about understanding my needs and coming up with something that worked well for me. He explains everything and is very motivational. Highly recommend!

Pricing varies depending on number of sessions and location.

I start with an assessment class, we talk about goals and objectives. I get weight, BF%, BMI, and do some measurement to track the progress.

I'm a BS in engineering. I'm certified as a Personal trainer with NASM. also have certification as a weight loss specialist with NASM.
