nothing to recommend but just to share my story. --- Fact evaluation: Progress tracked by Matt Johnson Trained by Marcin Grobelny (instagram- @grobelnym) Training Time - October 2016- June 2017 Training Intensity- three hour per week Aim- slim down, lose fat and lose weight. Life Outside Training (when I do not have session with trainer)- cardio (cardio), and 17 running races plus 1 bike event in 9 months (how I spent my lazy weekends). Life Outside Training (reality)- a Mon- Fri job that sit in front of the computer 9-6, sometimes weekday OT till late night, or might take my weekend too. Results- more toned up, people no longer say "it seems like you are a little bit less chubby" but "you look slimmer", ~5% fat ratio down. --- This week marks my last week with Chitown Trainer, it has been a very very great 9 month with Marcin that I did not only learn about workout move but also the psychological, health and nutrition, workout and recovery chapters that is totally a bonus to me. Marcin has been my very first friend in town and probably one that I meet most frequent out of all these time. I learnt about his education, and I believe his academic background and body building experience has made him a very unique trainer because he had been educating me in a all-rounded manner. As time goes, I started to learn more about my body and my mindset, as well as the key to stay consistent and balance through out my days. I eventually train harder and more frequent; and be more honest with myself about the diet and I have dropped my fat ratio through all the months. One thing that I did not expect to happen, is that I actually improved from 32min/5k to 27 min/5k in less than 4 months' time. I did not pick up any running training, I enjoy food fest in the new year, I had deep dish and (quite a lot of) cheat meal, but still, a 5 minute improvement in such a short distant run are actually all from the hard work from weight lifting with Marcin. I used to fear leg day as I started because lower body training back in middle school basketball time has bulk me up so much. However, now I start to love my leg days more -- and as a result I am getting a little big addictive with running as well, which I used to think it is super-very-extremely-so-boring. With the encouragement form Marcin, I actually run more than I thought I would. Counting back the weeks, I have nailed 18 city-events in 9 month's time. Given that Chicago is not my home city, this is definitely a life time PR. Meeting Marcin has definitely become a motion to get up early as we train at 0530 most of the time. As I am leaving Chicago, I would look forward to meet Marcin again with a more toned body to show off how I am able to apply things I learnt from him and all the hard work I put in even I am out of the country. --- Thank you Marcin!! :)

I started training with Chad in August of 2016 until July of 2017, and let’s just say that it made a difference. A little background about why I decided to get a trainer: I got engaged in July of 2016 and my fiancée and I decided to have our wedding the following year (in July). I noticed that I wasn’t making the best choices for a healthy life (I.e. not exercising enough, bad food choices, not doing strength training, etc). I wanted to look good for my wedding. So I made the decision to change my lifestyle to being a little bit more active and making better choices when it came to food. From the beginning, Chad asked me what my goals were and made sure I was successful in achieving them. His prices are not that bad either and are pretty affordable. After a a couple of months of training with him, my family, friends, fiancé, and including myself noticed how I have lost weight and was a bit more toned. I was happy for the first time in years with my body. Before having a trainer, I would only do cardio. However, after I began training with Chad, he taught me that cardio wasn’t the only thing I should be doing. He taught me strength training with the weights and with my body. I definitely learned a lot a with him. In the beginning it was hard and there were a couple of times I wanted to quit because I wasn’t seeing results right away. However, I kept on going because I knew it would take time. I’m glad I did because I noticed changes in myself. I noticed I had more energy and stregnth. I was sad that I had to stop having Chad as my trainer (I moved down to Florida in August). I have to say that after moving down here, I still incorporate many of the things Chad taught me about stregnth training and cardio into my workouts. If you are looking for a trainer, I would definitely hire Chad!

I am very glad that I selected him to do my training. My training is very personalized and I have many issues including nutrition and health that he has been able to address and is continuing to help me with. I started training with Dan at HiFi Fitness for straightforward reasons. After 2 sedentary winters in Chicago, I had gained nearly 30 pounds while taking "time off the gym" to start my business. I was the heaviest I'd ever been and, even though I was an athlete by nature, I'd only dropped 10 pounds on my own and knew I needed help reaching my goals. That's when I started working with Dan. From the start, Dan emphasized that we were a team working toward my goals together and that the changes I wanted to see in my body required my commitment beyond the three hours we spent every week together. I like that he leverages technology to regularly measure daily progress. Every exercise is keyed in, and detailed notes for each movement goes into his iPad - and I can see my results behind a secure login website. We're only a few weeks into our regimen, but I already feel stronger, and my pants are starting to feel loose. Working with Dan is not just about making changes to your body though. It's also about learning the discipline of movement and having the mental focus to push past the limits you think you have. Dan is a meticulous technician when it comes to form. He isn't a trainer who will just show up and stand over you counting reps. Every movement is intentional and he'll make sure your form is right. He explains how those small tweaks make all the difference. He understands when to get in your face and when to take a softer approach, and he is as committed as I am in helping me reach my goals.
We have been training with Elijah - Physical Peak – for a little over a year now. My husband and I both have had great results. We love the ease and convince of having him train us in our home, without that we wouldn’t be making the life style changes we both have needed. He has helped coach us on nutrition changes also. About half way through our year we got pregnant and I have been able to continue working with him through my whole pregnancy, my doctor has said I am doing great and my health, blood test, blood pressure etc. has been right on track through my whole pregnancy. We highly recommend Elijah and his services if you’re looking to make a long term lifestyle change and need some help and direction to make those changes! He really knows his stuff, and he really takes the time to carefully plan your workout so that it is tailored to you and your personal goals. I love training with Tricia! She has been training me for about 4 months now and I'm VERY happy with the results. I've lost inches and weight, and I even have toned muscles that I never had before! I've lost weight in the past doing Weight Watchers, but I never did any strength training like this! I can do "REAL" push-ups now instead of having to be on my knees! I feel great and know I would not have pushed myself to get here without Tricia. I would recommend her to anyone!

I contacted Jill about hiring an in home personal trainer for my 75 year old mother after she had achilles surgery and was done with physical therapy but still unable to function comfortably in everyday life. My mom has been training with Nicki for a few months (she told me in the beginning she was just going to do "a few sessions") and has improved wonderfully. My mother likes to say she "gave up a cruise" to train with Nicki, but she insists it is totally worth it! My mother is not an easy one to please, and was a hard sell for training in the first place. Kudos to Nicki for winning her over and making a difference!

My wife and I have been training with Sam for over three years. He has proven to be a very knowledgable person in regards to health and fitness. He has successfully taught us both to train with kettle bells. He is a great teacher! We both train with kettle bells at an advanced level and it has been a great evolution. He is very in tune with our training goals and mindful of our individual needs. I have felt I have been given a great gift in finding Sam and being able to learn kettle bell training. My wife trains with Sam twice a week and I try to train with him monthly as my busy schedule won't allow more time. The beauty of kettle bells is that I am able to do high intensity workouts in my own home without an investment of a great deal of time. My training with Sam has allowed me to transform my body as I enter my 40's. I would consider myself a kettle bell trainer and only because of my time and learning from Sam. He has also helped me tremendously by teaching me stretching techniques that help to keep me healthy. We highly recommend Sam to any prospective client.

34-m- Los Angeles, CA, 5'10'' was 196 lbs. (too much "in-N-out"). I found Body Evolution through my Doctor after consulting with him about losing weight and building muscle. I am now 175 lbs. and my abdominal muscles are coming out!!! Before starting my program, I was lifting weights on my own but wasn't getting the results I was looking for. Simple: Sal is the best trainer I have ever had (and I have had a lot over the years)!! My husband, daughter and I have been working with Sal for over a year! We train individually, and my husband and I together. Sal has the ability to train each of us at our individual levels along with total respect for our strengths and weaknesses! Yes, he'll push you but can immediately provide alternatives when needed. It is a pleasure training with him our building. He has never, ever been late and completely respects my goofy schedule requests!! Ohhh the patience! Another plus is he always responds to my texts and calls; unlike the rest of the world that makes you wait and wait. Even if he can't provide me with an immediate answer, he lets me know and gets back to me! He runs a class A business and I would love if anyone shopping for a trainer would give him a try!! (Plus, he gives out a great deal if you buy a package of 10)!
