Wedding and Event Catering
Feast & Imbibe did an incredible job catering my wedding. Everyone was talking about how amazing the food was, and it honestly was the best wedding food, or food for that matter, that Ive ever had. Heather and her team were so helpful and really walked us through the whole process. I mean, Ive never planned a wedding before, or even a party for 200 people. Everyone at F&I was personable and attentive. They really made our day seamless and easy. I thought Id be so stressed, but Heather & Christina, made sure I worried about nothing. They thought of everything!Aug 9, 2015Verified

We used Feast and Imbibe's services to cater our small wedding of 50 people for a cocktail/ appetizer backyard wedding. Heather was very nice, and seemed very on top of things. However, we thought we ordered enough food for our guests, but when the food arrived, it was not nearly as much as I expected, and not even close to being enough food. Even though they were appetizers, they were very very small portions. Especially when you are paying the prices that they expect. When the menu says an antipasto skewer, I dont expect the skewer to be 2.5inches long. The company was well aware of how many guests we had attending, and I feel that it was their responsibilty to share their expertese, and let us know that what we ordered was not even going to be close to enough for 50 people. We would have made arrangements to order more food. As the bride and groom, we never even got to taste the food, but from what we heard, it ws delicious. Thank goodness we had ordered a couple of trays from our favorite local italian deli, just because we wanted to have some items directly from them. Quite honestly, it was humiliating, to expect a full table of trays of appetizers, and not even fill up half of a table. Not at all what we were expecting. I cant tell you if the food was good, from what some of my guests told me, it was. But I highly recommend specifically asking if there will be enough for your guests, or you will be very embarrassed as we were.Jun 30, 2015Verified
I had the absolute blind luck to find the lovely Heather and D'Andre of Feast & Imbibe while looking for alternatives to typical "chicken or beef" caterers for my June 2014 wedding. I had already decided that I wanted to do an upscale cocktail reception in lieu of a seated dinner, and had quotes for over $10,000 for 80 people (and this was from a place that wanted to serve quesadillas and fried food as apps--that's fine, but not for ten grand and not at all what I was looking for). I couldn't see spending money like that on food that was impersonal and trite, and I began to look for a private chef or other alternatives to a standard wedding caterer. I honestly and truly feel lucky to have found Feast & Imbibe, as they allowed me to have everything exactly the way I wanted for an extremely reasonable price. You could really taste the thought, love and care in D'Andre's food--for real. I had some ideas in mind in terms of the feel of the menu, but I have to say that Heather and D'Andre totally blew me away and knocked it out of the park. From our first interaction, Heather was warm and professional and extremely honest about everything. I told her what I wanted and what I could spend, and she and D'Andre were willing to work with me to provide the experience I was looking for (and they ended up putting together a reception that was more than I could have asked for) for the price I wanted (I ended up spending a bit more than I envisioned, but it was purely due to MY changes--never experienced any pressure or felt like I was being pushed into anything). Heather was SO SO helpful; seeing as how I was doing most things myself, she offered herself and her services at any point she could to make things easier on me-- advice for other vendors, her own decorations, etc. AND THE FOOD...OMG D'Andre...keep on doin' what you're doin', becuase it's a month later and my guests are still talking about how amazing the food was. The food was so on point, the service was so thoughtful, and the selection was incredible. I was able to impress and please both my foodie friends and my meat and potatoes family--which is a serious feat itself. Everything about the actual day of my wedding was kind of a mess (weather, venue issues, mix-ups out of anyone's control), but the supreme service, hospitality and care that Heather and D'Andre put into catering my event absolutely made up for everything that went wrong. They were able to circumnavigate last minute issues with no problem or loss of cool, and everything down to the waitstaff and decor/signs for the food were top notch. My husband and I truly felt that they had our best interests at heart and put love into what they did for us, and we are eternally grateful. I could not have asked for more, and I will be recommending their services to anyone who will listen until I am blue in the face. Seriously, people, if you want the utmost in professionalism, care, delicious food, value for the $$--please go with Feast & Imbibe. They are amazing to say the least!! I would never even consider working with another caterer.Nov 19, 2014Verified
As a fellow event and catering professional, Feast and Imbibe did stellar job of amazing my guests. Recently, Heather and Chef D'Andre created an amazing menu and wine pairings for my baby shower, an intimate dinner for 12. As my guests walked in Heather was offering the champagne we decided to serve and Chef and his team were busy in the kitchen working on plating the passed apps, D'Andre's signature Chicken and Waffle bites! OMG!! Throughout the six course dinner the F& I team was the height of professionalism. Not to mention each course Chef created was mindbendingly delicious! My guests were both satisfied with portion sizes and some woke up the next day craving more! We dined on a beautiful deconstructed salad, smoked salmon, duck confit, olive oil poached salmon and my favorite...lamb belly!! For dessert Chef created a S'more Bomb that was "smoked" with vanilla bean and once cracked open revealed the gender of my baby!! My guests laughed and screamed with delight! Even adults love playing with their food!! I can't wait to use F&I again!!Aug 20, 2015

We used Feast & Imbibe for an 85 person buffet dinner/BBQ. The passed appetizers and dinner were excellent. They were very easy to work with and flexible in integrating with our other arrangements for the evening. We will definitely consider them for other events that we host.Aug 11, 2015Verified
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? Our pricing is really unique from other catering companies. We don't really charge per person and everything you order is itemized out on your proposal. I'll usually send a proposal that is a bit above your budget so that you can pick and choose what to eliminate, instead of me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We attend a ton of events and eat at great restaurants. We always want to see what others are doing and figure out ways to make it possible in a catered setting. We are also always attending seminars to ensure that Feast & Imbibe stays on top.
- What types of customers have you worked with?Since all of our events are customized, every day is different. We cater a lot of private dinner parties, weddings, and special events. Our most popular are our beautiful hors d'oeuvres. Our Cocktail Parties, are truly amazing, our 1 or 2 bite dishes are exquisitely plated, and pack all the flavor of a full plate of food.
