After living in a sfr for more than 30years, I was forced to rent immediately after my divorce & the transition was very taxing on me both mentally & emotionally. The original management company of my apartment complex was extremely unprofessional group of folks to work with, we couldn't get a response after 5pm, they rarely answered the phone during business hours, & It always took more than a weeks time to get anything repaired. Once Empire Property Management f took over it was like the Sun had finally come out, not only were they extremely professional when handling our calls, THEY WERE THERE WHEN WE CALLED & THEY ANSWERED, they never hesitated to get things repaired in a timely fashion. I thank Empire for making my stay in my apartment a peaceful pleasant time.Mar 6, 2017
They don't provide copies of expense receipts which were promised to be scanned every month. Their reports are convoluted and hard to understand. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Simply put, we want to know what's important to you. So what this means is sitting down with an owner or CA/HOA board discussing where your property in now, what your needs are, and the necessary steps that will get your property where you want it to be. From there we take your thoughts and concerns along with our management expertise to prepare a customize plan that works.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We have over 20 years in property management which includes a Brokers License, Lease Agent license and a CAM license. Also our team holds a variety of Tax Credit certifications, including one of the highest designations in the Affordable Housing field, the HCCP.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?Between my partner and I managing properties of all sorts for a combined 20 years, we saw how there was just not enough attention given to detail. We decided to bring a tailored fix approach to property management; customizing each management agreement to owner and property needs.
