FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is an item that it seems to make or break the ceremony/reception. It really shouldn't, rate is what it takes for the professional to bring his valuable gear, vehicle, self, and time. Sometimes hours before the bride and groom are getting ready. Then the professional, must stay hours after to carefully tear down his gear. Wrap cables, lift heavy equipment, cart said equipment to a waiting vehicle/trailer. Then inspect the gear, safely stow away and tie down all pieces of gear, some exceeding tens of thousands of dollars. Hours of planning that the professional must do before the show, the hours of post reception reflection that the professional will do. Some DJ/MC's will treat the reception as another gig. Not the true professional. He/She can remember the name of the couple, months or even years down the road!! There is a few of us in the field, choose wisely!!!
