Keith was very responsive and showed up on-time to my home to discuss my project. We agreed upon a price and had a date and time setup for him to complete the project. The project day arrived, and Keith was a no-show. I got a call that morning telling me that they were running late on a job from the previous day, and that he'd call to reschedule. A week and two days have gone by, and no call from Keith. Fired.
