So happy with the results. I had one other person come out before and said the doorbell couldn’t be put up because they couldn’t figure out where the wiring came from.But The LasTech came and went above and beyond to figure it out and install it with the wiring that was really old in the basement.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are set based on my expertise. I feel that my prices are competitive but by no means the cheapest. I do offer discounts to veterans and first responders. I feel that this is a small way that I can thank them for looking out for us.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communicate with them to get a clear idea of the project. Often times I can give an estimate range before coming out. Once I am out and can confirm the job details will again go over price and explain changes if their are any (rarely happens). Complete the project.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was a comercial technician for Comcast for 8 years. I was often asked about hanging tv's and running data lines and saw a need that I was highly qualified to provide and able to put the customer first.
