I needed to retrieve information from my old hard drive from my MacBook Pro that I brought in by hand. Once it was analyzed and retrieved, I brought in my computer so that they could install a new hard drive and transfer the retrieved data. They did a good job but the only problem was that the service took longer than expected. I had to call to find out when they would start on it and what hard drive was recommended. I did receive a call back later that day and a hard drive was chosen. I was later informed that it would be another two to three more days before it would be ready and I informed them that I needed my computer as soon as possible. I was pleasantly surprised whey they called me the next day to tell me that it was ready. The price was as expected and I will definitely use their services again.

The staff @ Lincolnway Computers are knowledgeable, thorough, and courteous. The reasonable fees was a plus, and their friendly manner made my whole experience a plus. Will use these guys for all my future computer needs.
