Introduction: I've been in the Massage business since 1997. I have a degree in Exercise Physiology and am committed to a heathy lifestyle. I have been trained and hold the following certifications.. prenatal, reflexology, cranial sacral, reiki, Thai yoga therapy, and deep tissue massage. I'm also a yoga instructor so my clients often leave the table with stretched to complement their massage. I tend to focus on Corporate Massage. But I also work out of a lovelly space in the fox river valley. I get a great deal of satisfaction making people feel better. I also enjoy running my own company.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
After I graduated from Illinois State with a degree in Exercise Science my first job was at a health club. At the health club I worked along side Massage Therapist's. That's when I became interested and have been hooked ever since.
