    About this pro

Our slogan is "Community - Fitness - Nutrition" and it's no accident that we chose to put the words in that order. Being a gym, fitness and nutrition services are obviously the tangible services we provide (and the reason you're reading this now). However, we are different in that we put our members first. We care deeply about creating a community of like-minded people that can support each other, ask questions, build relationships and celebrate each other’s wins. At Fit For All, you're not just another member or a walking dollar sign; you're a valued part of a fitness family that wants you to succeed. There are so many that we'll just list a few highlights. -Creating a community that inspires each other, shares in each other's struggles and victories, and motivates each other to keep pushing. -Helping people achieve fitness goals they did not think the could obtain by themselves. -Developing lifelong relationships with clients so that we can continue a healthy lifestyle forever. -Changing people's view point and making fitness a positive aspect of their life. -Learning and expanding our own knowledge through clients individual needs and wants from working out.

      Q & A

      • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our group training is the most popular option and ranges from $10-15 per 1-hour session, depending on your frequency and what package works best for your needs. We also can provide semi-private training for people who need extra attention. These sessions range from $25-30 and the groups can be as big as 5 people. 1 on 1 session are also available for people who need explicit attention and session start at 75$ per.
      • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Because everyone is different, new clients are taken through a private consultation where we work together to assess your starting point as an individual. Once we have your starting point, we can set goals and identify action steps that need to be taken to reach those goals. Based on this consultation, we craft what we call your Game Plan for Success. After that is when the fun part begins - implementing the game plan through exercise and proper nutrition tailored to your needs!
      • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
5 Years of training experience. American Council on Exercise (ACE) Certified Personal Trainer. ACE Weight Loss Specialist. ACE Functional Movement Specialist. ACE Nutrition Specialist.
