Chitown trainers are phenomenal. Matt is a very strong motivator and extremely knowledgable about muscle groups, nutrition and general fitness. I've been training with Matt for about 6 months and have lost 6% body fat and gained good quantities of muscle. I'd recommend Chitown to anyone who wants to get fit in a healthy way, but is unsure about the path

Dan has been training me for the past 8 weeks and since we started working together, I've seen an incredible improvement in my strength, and my figure--this week I was able to fit back into my favorite pair of work pants that I haven't been able to fit in, in a year! When I first met with Dan I hadn't worked out in literally 2 years and was really nervous about all of it; however, Dan devoted an entire session to simply understanding me, the current state of my health, my habits, and helped me define where I wanted to be in my ideal future state. Dan then put together a customized program to ensure we could get there. As a woman, my one of my biggest concern was around "bulking up" from weight training as my body type lends itself to this if I'm not careful. I shared this with Dan and despite what I was sure would happen after the weight training, he's somehow made plan that made me smaller and noticeably toned up, and definitely not bulkier! In parallel, Dan has also really helped me with my poor eating habits--I'm a busy executive with little time to care or prepare food that is consistently healthy--and I sure do love Chicago cuisine. But every visit Dan would casually ask me what I planned to eat for the week and then give me directives on best options, grocery store lists, crackpot recipes, how to store my food, when to prepare it, and even where I can stop on the way home to get what I need for the next day :). . Dan has been a God send and reinvigorated my belief that I can take care of my health, actually meet my fitness goals, and truly enjoy it. I've absolutely loved, enjoyed, and seen results from every single session with Dan. I can't rave enough about how great a trainer he is and his attention to every aspect of his clients fitness, and overall well-being!!

Raven is a amazing trainer, he knows what works for you by developing a highly personal plan. As a former Army Ranger Raven understands the importance of physical fitness as well mental toughness. Unlike most trainers he also understands that you can't out train your diet and emphasizes the benefit and importance of nutrition.

I am 61 and decided to get back in control of my physical fitness and was looking for a trainer. Just a few minutes into talking with Elijah, and I knew it was going to be a good fit for me. I really wanted to commit to a trainer, but I had no idea how much I was going to really enjoy it. Tricia is wonderful! I've been working with her for 4 months now and I'm addicted! I've never been interested in fitness much, I've never even had a gym membership but working with Tricia has motivated & inspired me to lead a healthier lifestyle. She is extremely patient and truly cares about what works for me & how I'm feeling during & after every session. Every workout is different, she always has me try something new which keeps it fun & interesting, and the results are amazing!! I cannot say enough awesome things about my trainer. I've been training with Chaun for almost two years now. He is professional, accommodating, extremely knowledgeable and flexible. Always gives me a chance to make up my session when I cannot make it. Each work out is different and always hits the perfect level of intensity. You will definitely loose weight and get in shape once you decide to work out with Chaun!

I have been training with John for a month now and I can already see and feel the changes in my body and my energy levels! Dr. Fitness, Mike, is a very knowledgeable trainer, who tailors your fitness program to your needs...a good thing, as I'm over 70. Mike's fitness program for you is dynamic, and is continually fine tuned, as he gains insight into your goals, and your needs based on what he sees by working with you, and discusses with you. Highly recommended for the above reasons, and more, plus he's a good guy, and a fine family person.

I've been training with Tiffany for nearly a year now and can not believe what my body has done in that time. Not only has she helped me become stronger physically but also mentally. I go into these workouts knowing that it's going to be hard but also that it's going to be awesome and I'm going to feel like I've accomplished something I used to think would be impossible. She's been such a huge support, not only through the actual training sessions, but also through diet and everyday challenges. She's totally tailored my workouts to accommodate knee issues that I've had for many years and works with me everyday to figure out ways around my restriction. I highly recommend Jill and her team from Destination Fitness. I used her trainer Suzanne to have her help me with strengthening and balancing exercises after my knee surgery. I really loved the water exercises she created for me. After working with Suzanne, my doctor was so impressed with my quick recovery. I can't thank Jill & Suzanne for helping me get back on my feet again.

So, I started personal training with Paul, and it's now been around 2 weeks now. My commitment that has been made is to go 5 days a week to the gym on my own, and then the 6th day is personal training day for 6 months total. Paul delivers! With his various certifications, he is able to adequately taper a fitness program exactly to what I want and need (fat loss and strength in particular). I definitely feel like it is personalized to fit me perfectly. Throughout the week when I am not with him he also keeps you accountable with little messages to make sure everything is going alright. He doesn't belittle you, but he makes an honest push to get you to reach your goal and go above and beyond. He has a fun sense of humor and makes the hour go by quickly. I would highly recommend him as a trainer and can't wait to see my already transforming physique reach the end goal flawlessly as long as I put as much into the workouts myself. Way to go DJ PAULY D! Thanks for your support!

Working out with Greg was absolutely amazing. He taught me many things and pushed me past my limits where I didn't think I could until now. I learned so many things from him and he's there for you and your needs. I highly recommend that everyone who needs help in fitness come to him. I'm 50 years old and did not think I could move like a 30 year old hahaha so no excuses!

I have trained with Chris twice. Th first time I had to stop due to lack of time. I looked him up again because he was effective. I was really happy with the changes I saw in my body. This time around is no different. I lost 2% body fat in the first week. Before we begin each session he asks me how I feel and if anything hurts. He tailors my workouts based on my feedback. I've had other trainers but none have have even bothered to ask how I'm feeling. They've had some program that I have to follow. This is what sets him apart from the other trainers and it is what makes him particularly effective. Every session is different so I never get bored. Not only am I losing weight but I am also learning more about fitness. I can utilize that knowledge to tailor my own workouts outside of my sessions with him. I'm really happy with the sessions and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to make a change in their lives.

Brent has been my personal trainer for 3 years now. I had never worked one-on-one with a trainer before I met Brent. I started with just once a week, then twice a week and now three times a week. If it were not for Brent’s knowledge, encouragement and patience, I would have given up long ago. He took the time to ask and listen regarding my goals and physical limitations. He has constantly tailored my program to help me achieve short term goals, as well as working toward long term goals. He has an encouraging and challenging way about him that has you doing things you never knew you could, and he does not bark or bully you. I never thought I would spend the time or money to work with a personal trainer, but with Brent as my trainer, I cannot imagine stopping. I now live for the challenge!
