I'm a physician who works with nutrition, and I recommend chef Tony to anyone who wants help learning how to cook clean nutritious meals. He is an excellent chef, very professional and knowledgable about food. He is the best!

I've had the pleasure of being a part of a few events hosted by Chef Tony, one of them being my own bridesmaid shower. I was very pleased with the service, presentation, and the menu he prepared for myself and all my girlfriends. He even offered a special menu for those with sensitive food allergies, very accommodating! Every experience I walk away even more dazzled and fascinated by Chef Tony and his services. I highly recommend Chef Tony to all my family and friends for their affairs, events, parties and intimate gatherings!

WOW!!! Chef Tony cooked at our home for a dinner party and it was out of this world!! Chef Tony served:
-Caprese Skewers
-Mediterranean Salad
-Bacon & Caramelized Onion Tart
-Bruchetta with Eggplant, Beans & Pancetta
-Mixed Paella (seafood, chicken, Spanish chorizo, andouille sausage
The food was delicious!! Chef Tony kept us entertained while he cooked. It was not just dinner, but an overall dining experience. I did not have to worry about anything-no prep, equipment or CLEAN-UP. My house was spotless and smelled fantastic from all the great ingredients!!

Tony is a great chef with a passion for his profession and wide range of techniques we hired Tony to cook for us on a weekly basis and he has been fabulous. my wife is special-needs for meals due to kdney issues of needing low potassium and Low sodium. He follows the diet and yet everything he creates is very delicious. He takes direction well the first week he use the space that were not very keen on and all I did was tell him that and he doesn't mind you don't listen to direction we're very happy with the work he does and his prices are extremely reasonable
