I could not be more pleased with the 4 tread, red oak, staircase that was installed for me this week. It mimicked the details of our original staircase woodwork and in addition a handrail and carpet runner that I supplied were applied with great care by the carpenter. ( initally there was a stain color issue but he sanded the wood back to its natural state and the stain color is now perfect)

James has done so much for us this past month! We bought a new home that needed some improvements....after my husband's failed attempt at staining our floors, his guys swooped in and corrected it. Now they look great! After our gutters overflowed with crap due to a horrible past owner, his guys came and cleaned them out! James himself sealed four large cracks in our basement that were causing water damage, and the other day we had our windows measured so he can replace those too! James is very friendly, accommodating, hard-working, and easy to get a long with. I would and have recommended him to family and friends and we will be doing more work with him in the future.

The job includes tearing down my shed and pouring a new slab for a new shed. Because of all the rain and things going on in my life, we haven't been able to schedule the job. My life will calm down, the rain will stop and in the meantime we keep in touch with each other.

Fast response to my inquiry. Gave a reasonable quote. Showed up when at my father's house when he said. Did great work, kept to his quote and my Dad said he was a very nice guy. He even followed up with me, since I made appointment for my Dad, and said any problems or issues he will be back out if needed. Very professional. Will refer and use again if needed.
