I had the very best experience with Jacquee doing my makeup on my wedding day. The night before my wedding day, the salon I was having her meet me at changed the times. Jacquee was extremely flexible and worked with my sudden change of plans. She was able to travel to two locations for me and my wedding party. Also, I was very rushed on my wedding day because my hair ran later than expected. Jacquee had to do my makeup extremely quick due to the time restraint and it turned out absolutely breathtaking! I was overly pleased with the results and highly recommend her to anyone. Jacquee is very good at doing makeup and she was able to cover up some scars I had and birthmarks on my arms. And when I wasn't sure what colors I wanted or how I wanted the makeup to look like, Jacquee was able to make the decision for me! I felt absolutely gorgeous on my wedding day and it honestly was all because of my makeup and Jacquee! And finally, Jacquee is such a sweet woman and I cannot wait for her to do my makeup again in the future. I've had a lot of people do my makeup in the past, and Jacquee is hands down the best makeup artist! You will have a great experience and you will be blown away by her talent. Jacquee was amazing with make up and hair, the make up looked absolutely flawless. My bridesmaids and I could not have been happier with the make up. Jacquee did my hair and make up and it turned out beautifully, some minor touch ups to the hair but other wise perfect. Some of the other bridesmaids had their hair done by Arlene who works with Jacquee as it was a bigger bridal party and it was pretty disappointing. Arlene couldn't have been a nicer person but I wouldn't recommend her for hair. It was also my fault for not doing a trail run with Arlene as I needed to hire an additional person. Over all experience was good for me, I know the bridal party have a different opinion of the hair.

I'm sorry you were unhappy with my assistant Arlene's work. This was not indicated to either of us on the day of the wedding. Had I known there was any issue I'd gladly have worked to rectify it. Because this is the first I am hearing of any issue the best I can do now is offer a refund for the bridesmaids hairstyles. I've sent you an email regarding this. I hired Jacquee to do my hair and makeup for a Military Ball I was attending. She did a fantastic job! I was extremely satisfied! I showed her some photos of ideas I had in mind for my hair and makeup and she completely exceeded my expectations. Everything came out perfect! She is very personable, very friendly and still very professional at the same time. I would definitely use Jacquee again for any future events. Thank you Jacquee!
