When your individual maid or two-person mini-team comes to your home; they are armed with a checklist specifying the areas you would like to be cleaned and the proper cleaning supplies and equipment to be used for each of these tasks. They will also have a copy of your specific special priority list". Two things. First, we get to help people. We help overwhelmed customers who just don't have the time, desire, ability or skill to clean for themselves. We do the dirty work! Second, and this is about me... this business allows me to spend time with my family and see my little boy grow up (which I wouldn't have been able to do in my previous career).

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Our pricing system is necessarily complicated (sort of) it's just varied. A first time cleaning usually costs more. It can be harder work, much more entailed (perhaps washing baseboards rather than dusting them) and take longer than a regular cleaning. Move-in/Move-out and vacancy cleanings entail doing more (inside cabinets, fridges and ovens, scrubbing baseboards etc.). For repeat customers on a regular schedule the frequency plays a part. Its easier and less expensive (per visit) to clean a home once a week rather than once a month.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Frankly there aren't that many developments in our line of work. At one level "cleaning is cleaning". What we do find ourselves doing however is always taking complaints (we do get some) and using them to improve our system and performance. We are also constantly working with our teams to ensure we provide the best service possible!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?After a long career came to a sudden end due to the bad economy back in 2009 I decided to start my own business. I wanted decent, family friendly hours, a simple business model and an office close to home.
