Nice enough guy - but had to reschedule our initial appointment two hours after confirming it originally. When he did show up - he left a mess, didn't cover floor or furniture which left drywall dust everywhere - AND he hung the picture incorrectly after having been given pretty specific instructions on where it was to go - left an anchor and hole in my wall for me to patch - on a wall that was very specially painted, and nearly impossible to patch. I think this is a nice guy who has some skills - but make sure you prepare to clean up and supervise.
