FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a sweet spot for any law enforcement and military personnel. Exclusions apply.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is to communicate. We have a conversation talking over all the punch list items of your project.. We then set up a day for a walk through. This will allow us to get a better idea of the scope of work as well as any problem areas and/or concerns that couldn’t have been known over the phone. The third step is to evaluate the reasons for the project, the esthetic that the costumer is aiming towards, the different ways the project can be done and why, the different building materials that are recommended for the particular project, and last but certainly not least, The Customers Budget. Can we do this within their budget, or what can we do to modify the project to accommodate to the budget. We then translate this on to a proposal that outlines all costs in different line items. You get a labor and material cost for each and every layer of your project. This allows the costumer to dig deep and see if theirs line items that can be added or removed to meet the infamous Budget. This proposal comes along with a contract with the proposal final number, but this can be modified if the customer chooses to modify the project. The proposal, contract, references, certification of insurance as well as any other legal documents and hardware package pictures come together in an email. This gives a really good projection of how the project will finish. Upon submission of deposit and signature on the contract, you then get placed in the next available opening in our schedule.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was a Project Manager for Christopher Glass & Aluminum and Big construction working on multi-million dollar projects. The goal is to someday be as big as they are.
