I was beyond thrilled with the work completed by the company that did my bathroom. These guys came in, we’re professional, they situated my tub to shower conversion so precisely. I love it & my neighbors & friends are all loving the end result too. I HIGHLY recommend LEAF HOME SAFETY SOLUTIONS & Val’s Home Remodeling (see Facebook pics).

Kevin and his crew turned an old kids bathroom into a masterpiece and had to overcome several obstacles to do so. He is extremely knowledgeable about renovations and comes with some great ideas. Highly recommend!

Kevin was very quick to respond and scheduled a free estimate the very next day. Kevin holds a lot of knowledge and really understands the importance of making sure things get done right. The bathroom remodel him and his team did was very nice. The quality looks very sharp and professional. Only advice I would give you when speaking with Kevin is to make sure everything is laid out to ensure you know exactly what you are getting. Don’t assume that certain things are part of the project because later if you want it done, you will get charged for it. Outside of that, the work is very good work.

I’ve had plenty of contractors remodel specific areas of my home as it’s in the process of a complete rehab, but Kevin UNDER Promised & OVER Delivered. And for that type of integrity I felt absolutely compelled to try and put into words the experience he and his company KBR Design followed through with. No corner was cut short in this project from start to finish and the finished project photos attached are a testament to that. Kevin was reasonable, honest, and passionate. Each time I was quoted materials by him, his pricing was always the same if not cheaper than other distributors. His crew was neat from start to finish in their prep work & clean up leaving the job cleaner than it was prior to the job. Most importantly he gave me ideas and opinions regardless the fact it was cheaper for me and less work for him saving me a few hundred dollars here n there. Can’t wait to do my KITCHEN next. Don’t waste your time with cheap fly by night companies-they get it right the first time and exceed expectations. 10/10 would recommend!!

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We have a sweet spot for any law enforcement and military personnel. Exclusions apply.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The first step is to communicate. We have a conversation talking over all the punch list items of your project.. We then set up a day for a walk through. This will allow us to get a better idea of the scope of work as well as any problem areas and/or concerns that couldn’t have been known over the phone. The third step is to evaluate the reasons for the project, the esthetic that the costumer is aiming towards, the different ways the project can be done and why, the different building materials that are recommended for the particular project, and last but certainly not least, The Customers Budget. Can we do this within their budget, or what can we do to modify the project to accommodate to the budget. We then translate this on to a proposal that outlines all costs in different line items. You get a labor and material cost for each and every layer of your project. This allows the costumer to dig deep and see if theirs line items that can be added or removed to meet the infamous Budget. This proposal comes along with a contract with the proposal final number, but this can be modified if the customer chooses to modify the project. The proposal, contract, references, certification of insurance as well as any other legal documents and hardware package pictures come together in an email. This gives a really good projection of how the project will finish. Upon submission of deposit and signature on the contract, you then get placed in the next available opening in our schedule.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I was a Project Manager for Christopher Glass & Aluminum and Big construction working on multi-million dollar projects. The goal is to someday be as big as they are.
