Latest Review: Dan is terrific. I've only just begun working with him but already can tell that I'll benefit from his training. He focuses on functional training, understanding your body and your strengths and being conscious of health - from what you are eating, how much you are walking, etc. He keeps things moving during your session, provides you with a wealth of info, and ends each session with great stretching and a quick chair massage, which is awesome. Recommended!
