They were really responsive and helpful. I needed windows repaired and I was out of state. James was really helpful in getting the windows ordered and installed and then took care of replacing the drywall underneath and re-painting so my tenants didn't have to deal with an additional wait for someone else to come out and finish. Individual who came out did an excellent job. He took pictures of our gutters and sent them to me after he spent a couple hours cleaning them. He also showed me what came out of the clogged gutters and explained what he was doing during the time he was out helping us. Unprofessional punctuality. Quoted incorrect appointment time for initial quote when calling to reschedule 2hrs later than initial appointment. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I'll meet with the customer at their home. Take measurements, explain to the customer how the job will go step by step. Then I'll price the job and sit down with the customer and explain each line item that is on the estimate.
