Introduction: I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and earned my bachelor's degree in Sport and Exercise Science from the University of Northern Colorado. I have sound nutritional knowledge and have over 8 years of experience as a strength coach working with client populations ranging from youth and professional athletes to the general and geriatric population. Over the past twenty years I've worked with a lot of different trainers. Unfortunately, I hit an injury bug a few years back. I was dealing with a lot of pain in everyday life and working out was no longer fun. Where as my trainers in the past just had me work through the pain, Ryan identified the problem and fixed it. Ryan educated me and completely changed my mindset on fitness. He made me realize that exercising smart is more important then killing myself in the gym. He also proved to me that consistency is the key and hard work is bound to pay off. Ryan's professionalism and punctuality is superb and his empowering attitude is truly contagious. His understanding of the body is far superior to anyone I've worked with in the past.I just turned fifty last year and am stronger then I was twenty years ago and most importantly pain free!

Working with Ryan has been an absolute pleasure. As someone who is new to the fitness scene and had some nerves regarding working out, Ryan made the whole experience very approachable and fun. He is extremely knowledgable about the human body and is willing to share that information with you. As someone who has had multiple injuries to the neck and back, Ryan has helped me understand what is going on there and built me a custom workout plan that helps target and strengthen my problem areas. I'd been talking about it for a very long time but I'm not sure that I would have actually started to care for my body and put in the necessary work to improve my fitness health without the care, personalization and tact that Ryan approached my new journey. I am very grateful for all he's done for me and am looking forward to working with Ryan more in the future. The experience has certainly changed my life. Thanks man!

I love working with Ryan! He certainly knows a lot about exercise and how the physical body responds to different types of training! I really enjoy working out with him because he teaches me a lot about the technical aspects of why certain exercises are most beneficial for the body. He is very creative with our workouts which insures that I never get bored (and actually look forward to exercising)! I have had back pain from sitting due to my job for about 6 months and he has been very careful to make sure any exercises we do together do not irritate my back. I’ve been seeing him four times a week for the past few months and my back pain has significantly reduced! He always has an educated answer to my questions and comes with a great disposition and professional demeanor. I highly recommend working with Ryan.

I loved that he was easy to talk to. He knew exactly what I wanted to work on and pushed me hard to achieve my goals. He was a very big motivator, and taught me all exercises that I am able to do at home or in the gym!

Ryan is an ideal trainer. He is consistently professional, punctual and reliable. My workouts were always different and challenging. He's also very nice and relatable. Ryan is such a great guy. I had a lot of fun training with him. I am a big fan and i highly recommend!
